In addition, we manage booking terms and conditions, plus terms of deposits and payment and optimal turn-around dates and times. We can put in place information packs for guests, in addition to safety essentials such as fire extinguishers, first aid kit, smoke alarms and CO2 detectors.

We can advise you on essential preparedness of internal fitments, furnishing, accessories and tech, so your rental property is perfectly presented for guests. And, if you need help with this key task, we can step in and manage with your approval.

We also help prepare enticing property listing descriptions with photos and descriptions to encourage bookings. And we can write-up and bind guest information packs tailored to your property and its location.

Cleaning and guest welcome:

Our fastidious cleaning regime ensures properties are immaculately cleaned before guests arrive. Within our team are local cleaning specialists, who use only quality, eco-friendly cleaning products. We also provide a laundry service for property turnaround, so bedding, linen and towels are perfectly presented. We can arrange Good to Go certification; this is VisitScotland’s COVID-19 compliant cleaning checklist.

For welcoming guests, we provide a personal and friendly service as well as advice to help guests get the most out of their stay. We also leave guests a welcome hamper of local produce and a starter pack of essentials. If we’re unable to welcome guests personally, we leave keys in a code-protected key box and contact them by phone to ensure they’ve arrived safely and are familiarised with the property.

We also remain on standby throughout your guests’ stay to deal with the usual queries that arise or to troubleshoot any emergencies, such as power outage, plumbing or other urgent maintenance issues. These things happen and we have the experience and resource to deal with promptly. And we check-in with guests via courtesy messages during their stay in your property.

Online listings and bookings:

Before listing your property online, we will discuss with you the most suitable booking platforms. There’s our own exclusive and highly popular website loveargyll.com, which generates a steady stream of direct bookings, plus further premium holiday let platforms from partners such as Canopy & Stars or Sawdays. We guide home-owners through the key considerations around where to list their property.

Our online booking system enables fast, frictionless and secure booking, with automated email responses to bookers (for confirmation of deposit, reminder of final payment due etc) plus full back-end management which we take care of. We create one core listing for your property, which is then listed on the loveargyll.com site and also distributed on selected holiday let portals.
